“My original intention is to have people taste the original Taiwanese beef noodles in Hong Kong.” She says.

From Taiwan, Jennifer has been residing in Hong Kong for many years, and Hong Kong has become her second home. The restaurant specializes in Taiwanese lunches and takeaways and aims to bring a taste of home to young office workers while they are on the go.

She acts as a mum, rather than the restaurant owner, as she has to take care of the entire operation, from hiring, purchasing, preparing the menu, checking the quality of food served, and serving customers.

She is not a newcomer to the business. Her first Taiwanese restaurant, set up more than ten years ago, was reputable and welcomed by customers.

Jennifer jokingly says that regardless, she will persevere and provides delicious food to all.
